I want you to feel confident in your purchase, and I take care to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible. Please feel free to ask any questions before purchasing. I am always happy to provide additional photos or information upon request. Because most of my inventory consists of vintage, collectible, or one-of-a-kind items, the return policy reflects the nature of these goods.
Returns Accepted
Returns are accepted only if an item arrives significantly not as described in the listing.
Examples include:
Incorrect item received
Undisclosed major damage that was not shown or mentioned in the listing
Missing parts that were stated as included
If you believe your item qualifies, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a brief description and clear photos of the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following are not eligible for return:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Minor wear consistent with age and use
Variations in color or appearance due to lighting, screen settings, or photography
Items described as vintage, used, or pre-owned when wear was disclosed
Items marked as final sale
Condition Acknowledgment
Vintage and pre-owned items often show signs of age, character, and prior use. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. I am very happy to answer questions or provide additional details prior to checkout.
Return Process
If a return is approved:
The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was my fault
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
Damaged During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials. Photos will be required to assist with a carrier claim.
